Sweet & Sour Prawn 酸甜虾如何做才好吃

Ingredients: 材料:

400g prawn虾400克

2-4 Spring Onion 葱2-4根

3-4 slices ginger姜3-4片

1 garlic蒜 一粒 2 tablespoons oil油 2汤匙

1/2 teaspoon salt盐1/2茶匙

1 teaspoon rice wine米酒一茶匙

Seasonings 调味料:

3 teaspoons of light soya sauce酱青

3茶匙 2 teaspoons vinegar醋2茶匙

2 teaspoons of sugar糖2茶匙

1 teaspoon of black soy sauce黑酱油1茶匙

小贴士/The key to delicious & springy

prawn Slit the back of the prawn and marinate for half an hour.

虾背一定要剪开,这一步的目的是主要是为了让虾煮出来更容易入味

The wok must be hot, stir-fry quickly the prawn to have the springy taste. Long frying would result in tougher prawn meat.

锅一定要烧热,将虾稍微煎熟,煎到两面的虾壳变红加调味料。煎的时间太长虾肉会变老
