最近，抖音上流传着一款名为 “破颅者挑战”的恶作剧，已导致多名 青少年伤亡。
这种挑战 据悉 源于委内瑞拉 的一所中学。
游戏中，三名参与者并排站立，向上跳跃。当中间的 不知情者跳起来时，两边的人各自向其飞起一脚，使中间人失去平衡后跌倒。
当这段影片开始流传后，不仅风行南美校园，更传到美国、英国、西班牙等地。一些大胆的青少年 纷纷模仿这种危险的恶作剧。
美国亚利桑那州也有一名学生被同学如此捉弄一番，结果导致头部嘴巴受伤，脸部缝线，牙齿松动。他的母亲在脸书上分享了这个惨痛的教训，并呼吁周围大人一定要警惕。
俄亥俄州立大学韦克斯纳医学中心的医师内森·理查兹 博士在Yahoo!“ 生活方式”中受访说道，这种“挑战”可能是致命的，“会对头部和颈部造成重创，各种伤害包括但不限于……颅骨骨折、颈部拉伤、颈部骨折、脑震荡……瘫痪和死亡” 。
近年来，视频软的兴起让许多新奇的挑战在轻人之间迅速流行。
有的无伤大雅，甚至具有公益性，但有些挑战却非常危险。 年轻人需要注意，不能为了博取网络上虚拟的关注，而给自己和他人造成伤害。

This prank was believed to have originated from a middle school in Venezuela. In the video, 3 participants will stand in a row and jump upwards.
When the unsuspecting middle victim jumps, the 2 at the side will kick the victim’s legs up, causing the victim to loose balance and fall backwards.
This clip became viral not only in South American schools, but also spread to U.S., U.K., and Spain. Many teens started to prank their friends. An unknowing student in Arizona State was pranked by his friends with this, and sustained a head injury, stiches in face, and several cuts in mouth. His mother highlighted the incident on Facebook and urged everyone to be careful.
Physician Nathan Richards, MD, at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center told Yahoo Lifestyle that the skull breaker challenge “can be associated with a variety of serious and even life-threatening injuries including, but not limited to…… skull fracture, neck strain, neck fracture, concussion ……paralysis, and death”. With the rise of video sharing Apps, it seems that a new challenge will go viral every now and then.
Some seems to be harmless fun, or is part of a noble cause, but other challenges are extremely foolish and dangerous. Teens should not harm themselves or others just for the sake of gaining attention and likes online.
